ONE RING to Rule them ALL
By Eric

The estate of the great JRR Tolkien owns the characters. I
am just playing with them.

Frodo was shaken to his core after the magically charged
scene with Elf Queen Galadriel. The diminutive hobbit
stumbled towards his bed. The one ring was alive in his
hand. It seemed to warp time and space. He had offered to
the inhumanly beautiful Galadriel and greatly tempted she
had reached out her hand for it, but drew back in the nick of
time.

Frodo sat down. I wonder what Galadriel is thinking now, he
wondered. Does she regret giving up the power of the ring? I
know she has an elf ring of power. He looked down at the
deceptively simple gold ban in his hand. The fate of all
middle earth rested within its circuit. It was alive and
tempting. Frodo could not take his eyes away from it. 'Put
me on!' it seemed to say. 'You know you want to!' I suppose
it wouldn't hurt - not here - Sauron cannot find me here, he
thought. Frodo slipped it on and reached for Galadriel's
thoughts.

As chance would have it - if chance it was - At the same
moment the elf queen was wondering what Frodo was
thinking and wondering still if she should haven taken the
ring. It seem to call to her still.

Their thoughts meet and the ring acted. For a moment there
was blackness. Then Frodo could see again. HE WAS
GALADRIEL! Frodo stared at the lovely arms and looked
in the mirror and saw the impossibly beautiful face. Knowledge
and memories poured into his soul - - 5,000 years of
knowledge and power. Next to Sauron he was now the most
powerful, wisest person in the world! Frodo would now live - well
forever. He - no SHE now was ruler of most of the elves of
middle earth!

Somewhere Frodo heard a hobbit scream Poor 'Frodo',
'Galadriel' thought. HE has a horrible journey in front of him
to Mordor and Mount Doom! I don't envy the poor little
chap! She smiled and glanced into the mirror. I am so
beautiful - all will worship me and despair!
