I wrote this because the song reminds me of Axel and Roxas and this particular scene from Kingdom Hearts II. Sorry for any spelling or grammer mistakes. Hope you likey and yada yada yada . . .

"Roxas, we need to talk." Axel said, looking up at the sound of boots taking heavy, hurried steps. The pain in his voice stood out easily despite his best efforts to conceal it. The blonde haired boy strolled past him as if he didn't exist, even though nobodies did not truly exist anyway. Axel's emerald eyes watched him pass from where he was leaned against a darkened wall. "Your mind's made up?"
Roxas paused for a brief moment, standing in silence. "The keyblade, why did it choose me?" He was throwing the question out to anyone who could have answered it but only he and Axel were there. Neither of them had the answer to that. The blonde sighed before looking forward yet again. He did not want to look at Axel. He did not want to see him like this. "I have to know." He whispered more to himself but he couldn't have cared if the whole world would have heard his simple statement.

The red head pushed himself from the wall in an angered swift movement. "You can't turn on us!" Axel cried out. "They'll destroy you!" Roxas detected a feint trace of desperation in his pleas.
"They? Aren't you one of 'they'?" Roxas retorted. He could feel his so called friend's cold stare drilling his back like a spike. It took everything he had not to turn and look into those piercing green eyes. It took everything. "No…" The young boy began. "No one would miss me." He choked out. Axel stood there with eyes wide and full of confusion.
How could he say that? He doesn't mean it. Axel thought being unable to actually speak his mind at the moment. Roxas lifted his chin and took a few short and slow paced steps then broke off into the same rushed stride he had before. "That's not true!" Axel shouted but the boy paid no attention and kept walking into the shadowy depts. Even though now Roxas wouldn't be able to hear him, Axel let the remaining words run past his lips, "I would."
