Kakeru felt happy with what he knew of the immediate family of his sort of secret boyfriend; he'd never met their mother for good reason, but Ayame was a very lively and fun person to be around.

He was vaguely sure that Ayame knew more than he let on; his E-mails almost always bordered on things that seemed pretty exact and straight to the heart of the manner.

'You hung out with my marvelous little brother today, didn't you? How was it? Did you two have fun? Certainly, you did. You must have treated him quite well, right, Kakeru?' The boisterous E-mail from his boyfriend's brother was like the millions that they'd sent back and forth since they'd met.

'Yeah, we did. Did you, guys, see each other recently. Of course, I treated him well.' Kakeru had deleted more than his fair share of lines from his own E-mail before sending it that ranged from I'm treating him very well to of course, I did, he's my best friend, and many more that either said too much or what felt like not enough.

'Not recently, no, but I'm trying. I think I'll drop by Gure-san's house later today!' The flair of the E-mail had Kakeru smiling as he considered the tiny bit shorter E-mail than the regular ones.

'That should be fun! I bet Yun-Yun will like that though he probably won't admit it!' Kakeru couldn't help smiling wider as he imagined his best friend turned boyfriend being a little to more than a little annoyed but still somewhat glad at the effort that Ayame put into fixing up their familial bond.

Kakeru leaned back, exiting his E-mail with a fond smile and getting up to try to get something productive done; may be Yuki was slightly rubbing off on him as well though hopefully not too well as Yuki struggled with cooking as well as cleaning.

He continued to smile as he picked up the slight mess he caused and daydreamed about possibly getting Yuki to go on a psuedo date with him.

May be they could go to the rock concert in a few weeks that Kakeru hadn't yet asked Yuki to go with him to and buy tickets for; it was a less known band though one of his slightly off the radar favorites.

He was sure that Yuki hadn't heard of them though, and possibly might try to figure out a few of their songs before they went for Kakeru's sake though he'd never ask him to.

Kakeru stretched, hoping that his back that slightly hurt from sitting too long E-mailing Ayame would get used to the regular motion again shortly though he knew it probably wouldn't take long though a nap was definitely in order.

His smile grew fond again at the reminder that once he'd somehow convinced Yuki to take a nap at his place how he'd not been all that eager to wake up when he had to leave.

It would be difficult in the future, but definitely a challenge that Kakeru was looking forward to as time passed.

He was dreading Yuki's soon to be far, far away distance though at university, but he'd try his best to keep in touch.

Kakeru smiled wider at the thought of calling up his boyfriend or sending him an E-mail that would certainly be much more gushy than Yuki'd be comfortable with, but ten times more loving than either would admit to being.

His day could only get better from here on out.
