He didn't expect to look so...different.

He was looking down at a boy his age with icy blue eyes. Wearing a blue hooded sleeved shirt and what seemed to be pockets on the front. And wearing pants just like his, and bare feet.

He was not believing this, but the boy staring back at him looked like him, silently telling him otherwise.

The boy's mischievous smirk and blue eyes was shadowed under his hooded and pale face. He could see white locks banged in his forehead. Then he hefted his arm up and placed a long wooden staff, curved at the top end, on his shoulder nonchalantly.

His smirk grew wider and pulled something out of his pocket to reveal a little doll version of himself. He winked and put the doll back into the pocket.

There was crack, then a yelp.

"Jack!"

He finally snapped his gaze from the icy reflected surface to see his little sister standing stiffly across from him with a terrified look on her face.

And she was standing with her feet on cracking ice.

He took a moment to look back on his reflection in the ice, but the boy was gone. He just saw himself: brown hair and eyes wearing a large brown cloak. On one hand two pairs of ice skates.

He put the skates down. He'd think about that later, right now he was going to get his sister out of this situation.

Okay this is my first ever fanfic so please bear with me.
