As Lily Evans cursed James Potter for the fifth time just before breakfast, she didn't know what life had in store for her.
She didn't know that on the very same day her best friend would call her something that he always told her she shouldn't be ashamed of just because she is a muggle-born.
She didn't know that when she decided to listen to James Potter jokes on that night she'll laugh like she never did before.
She also didn't know that when she decided to listen to his jokes, her life would Evans didn't see James pleased smile as he heard laugh.
She didn't know that by the end of the year the of them would end up as friends.
She didn't know that at the start of their sixth year she'll see James inn a different light. He was no longer the bully she got to know but the head boy who helped first years. She'd see the boy who saved the boy she once called her best friend despite the fact said boy didn't stop cursing James each time he had the chance.
She didn't know that she'll end up defending James Potter from Severus. She didn't know that when James Potter asked her for the first time out on a date(that year), she'll say didn't know that she'll go on the date at Hogsmeade and have fun.
Lily Evans didn't know that by the end of their sixth year she'll be dating the very same boy that she used to curse on daily a daily basis. She didn't know that he'll become one of the persons she could't live without.
She didn't know that by the end of their seventh year James Potter asked her to marry she'll say yes without a second of hesitation.
She didn't know that by the time of their wedding,she'll be pregnant with James child. She didn't know that she'll try and ignore the war was happy.
Lily Evans didn't know that at their wedding she was the happiest person alive and as she became Lily Potter, it felt as if it was meant to be.
She didn't know that time but as Harry James Potter was born, their precious little baby, they'll name Sirius Black the godfather.
She didn't know that in the middle of the war their little family would have to go into hiding since her little boy was a target to one of the darkest wizards in history.
She didn't know that as she was in hiding, she'll sing little lullabies to calm herself and her baby dow.
Lily Evans didn't know that she'll have to witness the man she loves go crazy with worry over his friends. She'll have to see that man break down in front of her over the news about his parents death. She 'll stay with him and try to calm him didn't know that this was just the beginning of tragedies.

Lily Evans didn't know that she would be asked to step aside by the dark lord so he'll kill her baby. She didn't know that on that halloween night she'll have to see her husband die. She didn't know that on that halloween night she'll plead for her babys life. She didn't know that she'll take the curse meant for her baby and thus casted a powerful magic that allowed her baby to live.
Lily Evans didn't know that as she hit the ground her last thoughts were a small prayer for her baby to be safe and her baby boy to have a happy life.
