My name is Percy Jackson, and I am about to propose to the most beautiful woman in the world.

"No, no, it's not the one", I stated in frustration. A jewelry shop filled with over 1,000 rings and none of them are right for my gorgeous wife to be (hopefully).

My phone, which I barely ever used, vibrated in the pocket of my dark wash jeans. "Hello, I said into the phone speaker, curiously.

"Brother!!!, my Cyclopes half brother shouted in excitement. "Have you found a ring for pretty Annie?!", he yelled.

"Not yet," I groaned, with disappointment.

"Then come to daddy's castle!, I have an idea. Rainbow helped me come up with it. See you there, brother!"

"Okay, Tyson", I told him,

When I hung up the phone, I dove into the sea and swam to Tyson's place. "Hey, Bro."

"Brother!", my one eyed sibling exclaimed.

What'd you want to show me, Ty?, I asked him.

He reached deep in his pocket and pulled something out of it.

"For Annie's ring!", he beamed.

Tyson had pulled out the most beautiful baby blue pearl. A similar color to the motorbike Percy and Annabeth had seen Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn riding on when they went to Rome for a quest and so that Annabeth could follow the Mark Of Athena.

I was in awe. "Tyson, it's perfect.

"Yay!, Tyson said excitedly. "Oh, I forgot, I have this too."

Tyson showed me a silver ring band with a wave on the bottom.

"Leo made it! Well, from Hazel's silver.

"Buddy, this couldn't be more perfect! She'll love it!

"Well, what are you waiting for, go ask Annabeth?, Tyson said.

"Okay, pal, I'll see you soon. Hopefully with my new fiancé."

3 hours later

"Oh, Percy", Annabeth said blissfully, "Now I understand why you love Montauk so much".

We stood there, on the beach, with the scent of saltwater and the cool sea breeze blowing on the back of our necks. Annabeth stood transfixed on the sunset the stood upon us. I had never been this nervous in my life, and that's saying something. This was my moment.

The moment. The moment that could change my life forever. It was time. I got down on one knee and pulled out the ring. Annabeth glanced my way.

"Annabeth "wisegirl" Chase", I said, my voice shaking. "I've known you since we were twelve years old, and there was not one second in those 10 years that I didn't love you. And I never will stop loving you. So, will you make me the happiest man in the world, and marry me?"

She cupped her warm and supple palms over her beautiful smile. I waited for her response which felt like 3,000 eons.

Hey Everyone! I hoped you enjoyed chapter one of my Percabeth series. I will hopefully have the next chapter up very soon!!!! Thanks so much for reading!
