Okay, so pathetic naïve me promised myself, not to write another story; (I deleted the two I had on this account, and neglected my old accounts) But the thing is, I'm so addicted to Delena right now, that I can't possibly help myself! Okay, so I hope you like this. It doesn't legit have a plot, it kind of just flows, and starts off randomly; yet I have an open mind, so if I'm right, this plot will go well! Enjoy my readers ;) (One thing. This takes place after the episode Elena met Isobel..) OH. One more thing. Elena doesn't really have the full attitude she has in the show or the book. A bit of both, but a bit of what I stirred up. :P

The sun beamed through the open window, cascading light over Elena Gilbert's sleeping body. She groaned slightly, shifting her body on her back, before she slowly brought her body up, rubbing her sleepy eyes. Many thoughts had her mind swirling. Last night, she found out Damon loved her. She found out her mom was a bitch, and that someone she thought was her uncle, may be her own father. Ugh. Even worse, she had school today. Did finding out your vampire mother was kind of a whore, and that your vampire boyfriend's, VAMPIRE brother has the hots for you qualify as a good reason to skip school? Elena decided to go with yes.

Elena rolled off the bed, slowly dragging her feet across the floor into the bathroom. She looked at herself, letting her features sink into her frazzled brain. Messy brown hair. Messed up makeup. Deep circles under her brown eyes. Perfect. She looked like a walking mess. She turned on the bathroom sink, leaning her head down and tossing water against her face. She looked back up at the mirror, and stopped herself from screaming on the top of her lungs as her Aunt Jenna's reflection was placed behind hers. "Elena, get ready quickly. Schools in 20 minutes!" She sighed, looking at her. "Hey are you okay?" Jenna slowly walked to her side, placing a hand on her shoulder.

"Uhm. Yeah. I just don't think I'm going to school today. I kind of feel…sick." Elena spoke quickly, faking a cough as she looked down at the sink again. Elena never lied. Okay, well, that was a lie. She lied daily. About mostly everything; the thought sickened her deeply. "Yeah so," Elena paused, grabbing her tooth brush off the side. "I'll go in tomorrow. Okay?" Elena mumbled, using her free hand to grab the bottle of mint tooth paste off the ledge her toothbrush was next to. Elena squeezed a dot of toothpaste on the brush, and wet it slightly with the sink, before brushing her teeth.

Jenna looked at her skeptically, not knowing if she should believe her sick act or not. She shrugged, and left the bathroom. Elena sighed in relief, as she finished getting herself washed up. She had a lot to do today…

~ . ~ . ~

Elena sat motionless on her bed, gazing at her phone, hesitant on calling Damon Salvatore or not. She had to talk to him; discuss how he felt. She needed to know where they stood. Sighing, she slowly hit 'call' on her phone, placing it to her ears.

"More attractive brother speaking…" Damon's cocky voice filled her ears, annoying her slightly.

"Damon, I need to talk to you." She sighed softly. "Can you come over?"

"Hmmm." He murmured through the phone, "What do I get in return?" Elena could swear she heard his smirk through the phone.

"Damon seriously!" She groaned through the phone. Damon sighed, thinking.

"Alright." He paused. Through the phone, Elena heard Damon call to Stefan, "Your girlfriend wants me, so I'll see to her needs, little brother."

Elena rolled her eyes, hitting the 'end' button on her phone. Elena got off the bed, and turned around to close the window. She screamed loudly, than stopped. "Damon you scared me!" Elena breathed, placing her hand to her heart. "God why don't you knock?"

~.~.~

Fear. Agony. Embarrassment. Multiple feelings where flooding Damon's mind. She knows. She knows how I feel about her. Damon sighed, groping the vodka bottle in his right hand. He brought the half empty bottle to his lips, and downed its remaining substance, before placing the bottle down beside the other empty ones.

An abrupt ringing blasted through Damon's ears. His cell phone. Ina quick movement, Damon pulled out his phone from his pocket, and looked at the caller ID. Elena. He placed the phone to his ear. In a sarcastic, husky tone, he answered. "More attractive brother speaking…"

Damon heard the annoyance she withheld through the phone, causing a cocky smirk to spread across his perfect face. "Damon, I need to talk to you." Damon froze, hearing her sigh as she continued to speak. "Can you come over?"

Damon paused for a moment, "Hmmmm." He murmured, smirking slightly. "What do I get in return?" Sex? No. Elena was too 'goody goody' to cheat on Stefan. Herm….maybe a taste of her warm, delicate blood…

"Damon, SERIOUSLY!" Elena spoke. Damon tried not to laugh at her tone, before sighing. "Alright." He moved the phone from his ear, watching as Stefan walked into the room, "Your girlfriend wants me, so I'll see to her needs, little brother." He chuckled, shoving the phone in his pocket.

"Damon, remember what I told you." Stefan warned his voice steady and hard. Damon smirked, shrugging. "Yeah yeah, let history repeat itself, Elena will prefer me." Before Stefan could say anything, Damon left. In a matter of seconds, he was standing in Elena's bedroom, watching her get off the bed. She turned around. A loud scream escaped her chest, as shock spread across her face.

"Damon you scared me!" The human breathed, placing her delicate hand to her heart. "God, why don't you knock?"

Damon smirked, tilting his head to the side slightly. "Hello to you too." He chuckled. "And Elena, I know I' m resistible and all, but calling me 'God' is a bit drastic. I'm more like Adonis." He paused, smirking. "But much better looking."

Elena rolled her eyes, sitting back down on her bed. Damon dropped his eyes down at her. "So is that why you called me here?" He flicked his head towards the bed. "For some fun?" A cocky smile appearing on his face.

"No, Damon." She sighed, folding her arms across her chest. "We need to talk about what Isobel said." He noticed that she had to choke the words out. It was almost like she didn't want to admit that Isobel was her mother; that her mother was someone like him. A vampire. A devil.

Damon furrowed his brows, looking at her curiously. "Which part?" He mumbled, a sudden weakness taking over the usual cocky and smartass attitude he has.

"You know which part." Elena sighed, running her hand through her hair.

Damon paused, looking at her. "Elena, if you're debating on if you should chose me," Damon pointed to himself, smirking. "The hottest guy you've ever seen, or Stefan," He flicked his thumb over his shoulder to point at the picture she had of Stefan on her desk. "I'd suggest choosing the fun brother." He raised his eyebrows. "Me."

"But, if you rather stay with someone that will most likely bore you to death over time," He paused. "Chose Stefan."

Elena glared at him, her facial expressions reminding him of Katherine instantly. "Damon, I'm serious. Can you please not joke around for one minute?" She begged. Before she let him speak again, Elena looked down. "How long?"

Fuck. Damon looked at her, his eyes capturing her own in a tight gaze. "How long?" His worried smile turned into a smirk, as his eyes dropped down to his crotch. "Shall I take my pants off and let you measure?" He looked up at her, his eyes taunting.

~.~.~

"How long have you loved me!" Elena sighed, frustrated. She didn't bother yell at him for his comment. She was too engulfed in finding out the truth. Her brown eyes scanned his face, not able to read his emotions. "Damon please be honest with me." She whispered, begging him with her eyes.

Damon sighed, leaning against her wall. "Elena, in case you haven't noticed, you're with my brother, who by the way, already spoke to me about this." He didn't finish his sentence, trying to let Elena catch onto the very words he'd meant for her too.

"He spoke to you?" Elena quickly stood up, looking into his eyes. "What did he say?" She started to think of how Stefan looked after hearing what Isobel said; disappointed. Frustrated. Annoyed…

Did Stefan threaten him? No. He wouldn't do that. Would he?

Did Stefan hurt him? No. He couldn't. Damon is stronger than him. Right? Wait. Why did Elena care if Damon was hurt? Why did she give a rats-ass if he was threatened?

Elena looked at him, only to see a cocky smile.

"Is wittle Elena worrying about the big bad wolf?" He spoke sarcastically, moving closer to her. "Or should I say, bid bad vampire?" His warm breath blasted against Elena's face, causing her to gasp softly. She felt his hands slide to her waist, pinning her to the wall slightly. Oh god. Oh god oh god. Why was she letting him do this?

Elena moved her hand to her neck instantly, her hand gliding over the Vervain necklace Stefan had given her. She bit her lower lip slightly. "Damon, I said we had to talk." Elena choked out, attempting to push Damon away from her.

Damon chuckled, smirking at her slightly. "Elena, you're not strong enough to push me away, so don't even try." He murmured, causing Elena's heart to skip a beat instantly. She looked at him in the eyes. "Damon, how long have you been in love with me?" She repeated the question from earlier, her voice shaky and unsure of what she was saying.

This couldn't be real. It all had to be fake. Damon couldn't love her. Her boyfriend, the guy she loved, couldn't have a brother that also loved her.

"Elena," Damon spoke softly, his voice making Elena forget about everything.

Stefan. Jeremy. Bonnie. Caroline.

All of it. The moment Damon's lips brushed against her own, it felt as if her heart stopped. She moved her lips quickly in sync with Damon's. She felt amazing; perfect. Damon's hands quickly snaked at her back. His index fingers on each hand made a small circular motion on her lower back.

Elena wasn't thinking; her mind was lost. She slowly parted her lips, tracing her tongue against his perfect lips.

Perfection.

~.~.~

Damon wasn't in the mood to answer her question; he didn't know how to answer it. So he did something he didn't believe Elena would respond upon. He kissed her.

Total shock engulfed his body as he felt her warm lips move against the shape of his own. She wasn't fighting back. Damon resisted the urge to toss her on her bed, and throw his fangs into her perfect neck.

He couldn't. He wouldn't. Mmm. Her lips. Her body. They feel so…

His thoughts were cut off as he felt her lips part, as her tongue snaked across his lips. He instantly parted his own slightly, letting his tongue dance with hers. Damon placed his hand on her lower back, lifting up her body. He sat her down on his knee that he now had leaned into the wall. A small moan rippled from the humans through, causing Damon to quickly move her onto the bed, in a matter of seconds. Her head hit the soft pillow, and his body leaned over hers.

"Elena, I've loved you since the day I met you." He murmured, placing one last kiss on her lips before exiting through the window in a second.

He couldn't let history repeat itself. Stefan was right.

It was better for her if it didn't.

He had one solution.

Get rid of Stefan Salvatore.

His own blood.

His brother.

He had to be eliminated.
