Chapter 1: Stuck Together… Great.
On an island in the Grand Line, A young girl covered in sand, blood and sea water sat on a metal box near the Palm tree line. She knew only one thing. Today… just was not her day.
First she was taken from her hometown by the one and only Kidd Pirates. She was locked in the berg for what seem like forever. Then suddenly, the ship was blown sky high! Her right arm was hit by a piece of metal that tore her arm open. And for some unknown reason to her, she not only saved Eustass 'Captain' Kidd, the reason she's in this problem, but also the 'Surgeon of Death' Trafalgar Law.
Who was slowly waking not too far from her.
Slowly grey orbs were opening. Though what woke him was rather unknown to him. Weather it was the intense heat of the late morning sun or the steady rhythm of the waves crashing to the shore not to far off from him was just an unknown fact.
Sitting up proved to be difficult. For his whole body was in protest to moving. And the amount of pain that shot though his body from his gash in his left leg nearly made him pass back out. Slowly using his katana that he somehow managed to hold onto though the hell that broke loose before he was blown to god knows where, he sat up. He looked over his surroundings.
Sand, bits and piece of his ship and, his guess, pieces form that other scary ship he saw before it was blown sky high along with him. He saw a girl sitting on a black metal box. She was bleeding quite badly from her right arm. Law knew that if it wasn't treated soon she could fairly well die or at the least it would get very badly infected.
Then out of the corner of his eye he saw what he thought was a animal with black fur. A bear maybe? But he took a better look to see that the fur was more of a maronish color. P[lus it had black boots on. Then it hit Law that the 'bear' was a person. And it was none other than the one and only Mr. Eustass-ya.
Kidd sat up slowly due to the throbbing in his head. He felt blood running down from a cut above his non-existent eyebrows. His goggle must've shattered. Great.
Kidd noticed the girl his crew deemed they take as a prisoner and fuck! Trafalgar Law. The insane doctor. Brilliant. Now he gets to listen to his constant bitching.
Sighing to himself, Kidd got up, a little wobbly, and mode his way over to the doctor and the girl.
"Mr. Eustass-ya." Law called out. Kidd graoned. It was starting already. "Mind healping me up? Please?"
"I'd rather throw you into the ocean. So no." Kidd replied.
"How mean Mr. Eustass-ya." Law pouted. Kidd sighed again before digging his claw like hands into Law's arm and rather forcefully pulling him to his feet. Making him hiss in pain. To which was rather amusing the Captain.
"There's smoke in the distance. About a day's travel from here." The girl said plainly ignoring them.
"So why are you still here then Missy?" Kidd asked.
"Because I do not travel alone." She replied. "Sides, I need a good doctor not just any will do for me."
"I wouldn't trust Trafalgar." Kidd said.
"Aw! Mr. Eustass-ya. I'm hurt." Law said with a pout.
"Whatever." The girl said.
"How about this, we stay together till we reach this village Missy talked about. Then we can go our own ways." Kidd suggested.
"Sounds fair." Law agreed.
"Till we kill each other." The girl said.
"Best we wait till tomorrow to start traveling." Law said. "We'll start early so not to be stuck in this heat."
"Sure." Kidd said. "Missy might c right. We might just fucking kill each other before we get there."
"See?" The girl said. "Guess for now, we're stuck toget her."
There was a long silence.
'Great…" They all muttered.
