I avert my gaze to the picture on your desk and I feel a pang in the heart I don't have.
Eichi, the one who holds your heart, your reason for going on, the reason I'm slowly dying inside.
Your dream is my dream, to make Full Moon the success I know it can be, and make your parent proud of you.
My gaze makes its way over to you as you call to me in your angelic voice.
How I love to hear you sing and speak and a sweeter sound to hear you call my name.
"Do you think I'll ever see Eichi-kun?"
All I want to do is say "no" So you'll lose hope and maybe give up on him, but I can't bring myself to it.
I nod my head as my hair overshadows my hair.
You release a small giggle as you walk away.
If you knew how much it hurts, if you knew how I want to protect you, if you knew how I feel you'd know that I love you.
But for now I'm content just watching you.
