Once when confronted about her confidence by one of Loki's fangirls, who had come to hate her because of her close relationship with the spirit, she didn't even bother to get angry about the confrontation simply saying, "when your family is wealthy, you have to confidence or you'll get trample on."

Lucy always went to Natsu when she had bad days. She would appear at his house with a weird look on her face and would promptly make herself at home, cleaning his mess of an apartment and fiddling around with the strange objects he had laying around. She would never admit it to anyone, but on those days when she was stuck in her horrible memories from her days at the Heartfilia Estate, Natsu was the only one who could make her feel better.

Lucy's life at the Heartfilia Estate had been lonely, to say the least. She was rarely allowed outside of the manor and because of it had spent most of her time in the library, slowly making her way through the collection of books. That was why she loved being at Fairy Tail at much. No matter what happened she never found herself alone.

It always hurt to think of her father. She had always thought that he had hated her after her mother died. She though that he had shut her out because he couldn't bear to be near her because she reminded him so much of her mother. And after awhile, she though she hated him as well. But after coming back from Tenrou Island to find her father dead, she finally realized that whether he had hated her or not, a part of her still loved him and would always love him.

She was finding it impossible to stay away from Natsu for long periods of time. In fact, when he and Happy went off on a job for a week she found that the quietness of her apartment was unsettling. She also found that she actually missed the warmth that always seemed to be in her bed when Natsu was there. Which was why when Natsu came back and the first thing he did was invade her bed she didn't kick him out. Because she felt much more comfortable with him by her side.
