Chapter Two "The being"
Finn shot off the ground quickly, the events of last night played through his mind. "Rain-a-corn" Finn called out, hoping he would get a response, after listening for an answer, Finn stood up. "Rain-a-corn?" Finn called out again. "Are you there?" Again there was no answer. Finn continued walked, Hoping for a trace of rain-a-corn, or a trace of Jake. Finn continued walking, Minutes later his stomach growled, He forgot that he hadn't eaten, Finn continued walking, Even though his stomach ached for food.
Finn continued searching in the forest of Ooo, He was certain Jake was in the forest somewhere. He didn't know why he kept searching in the forest, Jake could be anywhere in the land of Ooo, after continually looking for Jake, A sweet aroma filled the air, Finn knew he had to keep looking, But the aroma was so sweet smelling, and he was so hungry. Finn followed the sweet aroma, "If there's a sweet smell, there has to be some sweet food" Finn thought, licking his lips. After searching every bush and tree for sweet smelling fruit, Finn found an abnormally large exit, He walked out of Ooo forest, Feeling guilty. As Finn walked out, a huge pink castle appeared in front of him, He knew exactly what that sweet smell was, it was coming from the candy kingdom, were sweets of all kinds live, and also were Princess Bubblegum lived, the sweetest princess of all time. He walked into the candy encrusted streets, everything looked so delicious, He could eat anything at this point. He continued walking in search of Princess Bubblegum, Maybe she would give him some food. Minutes later he found the candy castle, He smiled at the thought of princess bubblegum. As soon as he walked onto the grass of the candy castle, the bridge to the castle began to rise, Finn ran as fast as he could, and as fast as he ran, The Bridge closed faster. Finn finally got to the bridge, He tried to reach it, He tried to pull it down with all his might, but he couldn't, it was shut, Finn scoped the building for any windows, To his luck, One was slightly open, He ran to window, Then looked through his bag for any type of rope or hook, He pushed around his bag and found a rope, He remembered that Jake had given him the rope in case he had gotten lost. Finn grabbed the rope out then pulled his backpack back onto his back, He looked up to the window, Hoping the rope would grapple the window sill, Finn tossed the rope up doubtfully, To his luck it grappled the sill, He pulled on it to make sure it was on tight, He was sure it was tight in place, Finn started to climb the rope, Hoping the room he was about to go in was filled with luscious candy treats. He finally got to the window, He hosted himself into the castle, then pulled the rope loose from the window and pulled it in and placed it back in his backpack. He looked around the room, It was filled with beakers and test tubes, this room wasn't a lusciously filled candy room, It was princess bubblegum's lab, that's why the window had been left open, princess bubblegum was always trying out different experiments. Finn walked over to the door, He wrapped his fingers around the doorknob, He heard a voice, then footsteps walking toward the door, Finn quickly hid behind a large metal chamber. A pink haired girl walked in, it was princess bubblegum, she walked in and shut the door. "Finally, I've been waiting to be in here all day." Said princess bubblegum, tying up her beautiful pink hair. Finn blushed at the sight of her, she was so beautiful, He accidently lost his balance and fell into the chamber with a bang. Finn tried to stay quiet, but pain was rushing through his arm. "W-who's there?" Said princess bubblegum, fear on her face. Finn gulped, He knew he would blow his cover.
