It was an average day to the civilians of Virginia, warm skies with slightest chance of rain, yet it was anything but ordinary to Carmen Michaels. It was to be her first day at her new job, due to the nature of the work, she made sure to dress with care.

A form fitting cardigan of a pale yellow colour, a full skirt with a dog and leash on it from the '60's, and her 4-inch stilettos. Carmen walked purposefully down the stairs to the metro, staring straight ahead with seemingly magic hair as there was not one stray hair out of the ballerina bun.

She never made any indication that she noticed the looks she was receiving from both sexes, some envious, others luscious. With the same even pace, she entered the train seconds before the doors were to close. Finding an empty spot by in between the posts, with the handles taken, Carmen was forced to balance on her own.

As the train moved to her destination she took the time to think over the research she put into her new occupation. Carmen was newly dubbed, S.S.A Michaels, of the F.B.I.'s Behavioural Analysis Unit and as such took it upon herself to learn all she could about her new coworkers. To others aboard the train she seemed to be staring into space, gently moving to the train's movements; not sorting through hundreds, of articles regarding past BAU cases. Carmen only took a moment to wonder how long she could keep the facade going.
