Prologue.

She left him.

She left everyone truly, but he doesn't care about that. He's the one that turned out heartbroken. And maybe she did too, but he wouldn't know because she refused to tell him where she was going and then she just vanished.

It was graduation night. She texted him beforehand to meet under the bleachers after the ceremony. It was their secret place since high school started.

So he went. And she was already there, she looked beautiful that night, her hair was up in a pretty bun and she was wearing a long white gown, her graduation cape was wrapped around her body.

"Hey." She said softly, she was so soft and pure now.

"Hey. Why did you tell me to come here?"

She inhaled what seemed to be a sharp breath, he hadn't noticed before but he did now, she had been crying, her face was all red and blotchy. "Quinn. What's wrong?"

"Puck, I love you. " It's the first time she's said it aloud. "A lot and I wanna be with you, so much. But, I'm moving away. By myself. I'm not telling you where because I know you'll follow me and I need to be on my own for a little while."

Puck felt like someone just stabbed him in the heart. She finally tells him she loves him, yet she's fucking leaving him? Not cool. "Quinn, think about this. Please."

"I have!"

"No, you haven't." He cut her off and walked as close as possible to her, their faces were inches apart and he grabbed her shoulders gently. "You know that I need you for me to be okay, and safe, and happy. I can't do this without you Quinn." She simply brushed off his hands and started running, tears were streaming down her face; she didn't want to leave but she had to.

"Quinn!" Puck screamed at the top of his lungs, he ran after her, but he was crying as well and his eyes had a blurry sight. He stopped running, he had no clue where he was but all he heard was a car start and his knees felt like jelly. He felt numb and limp that his whole body just fell and he cried and cried until Finn and the other boys found him. They brought him home.

He doesn't remember much of that night. It's 3 years later and he's still trying to forget about it, rather forget about her. But he can't. He's still in love with her, and he still misses her like hell.
