A/N: I hear that Messaline is a planet on Doctor Who; how could I NOT do this? Enjoy!

The Doctor stepped out of the TARDIS and walked straight into a wall. It's not as if he tried to, it just happened. The wall was about a foot away from the time machine and was covered in graffiti in various human languages.
"Don't do that," the Doctor advised his companions Amy and Rory (Pond to some and Williams to others).
"Where are we?" asked Amy.
"Don't know. But it'll be fun to just figure it out!" he squeezed between the wall and the door, making his way out into their new location. The sight that met his eyes was a bustling marketplace, slightly overrun with humans in simple garb. He walked up to the nearest stall and pretended to browse.
Amy and Rory soon joined him. "So, do you know where we are yet?" asked Rory.
"Yes, I think I do. Welcome to Illyria Five! It's about 6050, which means that they are currently at war with the neighboring planet Messaline," the Doctor replied and turned to one of his fellow customers. She was a woman of average height, who gave off a strange vibe to the Doctor, as if he was forgetting something he shouldn't. "Could you stop sending out psychic signals? It messes with my thought processes."
The woman gave him a cold look that sent shivers down his spine. "I have no idea what you are talking about. I most certainly do not send out psychic signals!" she whispered angrily. "I come and observe this marketplace every day. If anything, it is you who don't belong!"
The Doctor frowned and pulled at his companions. "Doctor, what are you doing?" asked Amy.
"I don't like her, she doesn't feel human. It feels like she's," he paused for a moment, thinking, "a Time Lord," he finished. He looked back towards the booth, but she had already left. He ran up to the attendant, "Do you know the woman I was just talking to?"
The attendant looked a little surprised and said, "Why, yes. That was the Captain, one of my regular customers."
"Is she just known as the Captain or does she have another name?"
"I think her name is Jennifer."
"Excellent! Time to find Jenny!" the Time Lord started to run off but then turned back, "Thanks for the help." Then the attendant grumbled as he went off again.
The Doctor, Amy, and Rory walked up and down the streets, searching for the Captain. "So, how do you think you know this woman?" asked Amy. "I thought you said that there were no more Time Lords?"
"Long story involving: me, Messaline, and progeneration machines. I'll tell you about it later."
"Sure you will," the red head said sarcastically.
"Amy, I said I will and I will!"
"Guys," said Rory, breaking off the argument, "I think I found Jenny and it doesn't look good."
