Chapter 1:

"It's strange you know," Chelsea muttered.

"What is love," Skye asked.

Chelsea leaned back on the porch swing and staired out at the sunset. "I have been here for a whole year already. What I find strange is that I still don't know a whole lot about you, or your family." she sighed and pulled her knees up to her chest. the little two seated sing rocked slowly back and forth in the summer sun. Skye looked over at her with his teal eyes and smirked. She was right, he barely told ehr anything about himself and yet he knew almost everything about her. It must seem unfair to her, being only sixteen it would be ahrd for her to understand his past though, thats why he never really said anything about it. His past was both painful and hard for him to talk about.

"It's hard for me to talk about it..." he whispered.

Chelsea raised her head and looked over at him. Skye had been so nice and caring towards her, letting her stay at his mother's small hobby farm. SHe knew that is mother passed away not to long after she arrived in the town.
