Got this idea from somehow looking at cake on facebook -_-. War of hearts will update today since it's late on updating.
-Cake -
Mei Usui, intelligent daughter of Misaki and Takumi Usui, sat at the breakfast table finishing up a book when her father came and sat down next to her with a pout on his face. She knew right away he had probably been messing with her mother.
Her parents had a really weird marriage. They'll joke and argue with each other, mostly Misaki beating up Takumi for something perverted, but they really loved each other.
From a young age Mei came to an understanding her father really is a perverted flirt. Now nine years of age she's learned to accept her father's ways. It's kind of funny watching her parents. She hoped one day she'll be happy with someone just like her mother is but please turn down the notch and not make him like her father.
Back to her father, why is he down here sulking?
"What's wrong dad?" She asked turning her attention from her book.
"Your mother is mad at me," He answered getting sadder by the second.
"What did you do?" Mei questioned. Surely he did something to her mother first.
Takumi sighed. "Why does it have to be that I did something?"
Mei raised her eyebrow in question.
Takumi gave in. "I teased her a bit too much last night and she threatened me."
"About what?" Mei pressed on further.
He thought over his answer. Takumi can't give his nine year old daughter too many details. "She threatened to not give me anymore cake."
"Well you're grown dad. Mom can't really stop you from eating cake."
Takumi cleared his throat. "Uhmmm...Let's not talk about this."
As soon as Takumi finished talking Misaki entered the room. She glared at her husband then smiled at her daughter.
"Morning sweetheart," Misaki greeted her lovely daughter. She'll just ignore her husband for now.
"Morning mom and you know you shouldn't threaten dad with cake. That's not a proper threat," Mei said to her mom who is confused. Takumi started to cough slightly.
"I didn't threaten your dad with cake. What on ear-" Misaki wasn't understanding anything until she remembered last night. "What on earth are you telling our daughter?"
Takumi smiled innocently. "Nothing just that you cut me off of cake."
"That's because y-" Misaki looked at her daughter and paused before continuing to say something her daughter shouldn't hear. "I just thought if you don't stop with your jokes maybe it's time to cut you off of something."
"Come one Misa chan. Everyone loves cake and it'll be bad if you don't give them any," Takumi answered with a smirk on his face.
Mei watched her parents back and forth arguing about cake. Something clicked in her head. She's a little too smart for her age.
"Mom! Dad! I know what you're talking about," She yelled over her parents rant.
"What?" They both turned to her.
"I know what you mean by cake. Personally dad I think you need a shortage if you keep teasing mom but mom I know you'll still give in and give him cake," Mei stated then bid them goodbye from the table.
Her parents stared at her in shock.
"Does this mean I can get cake again?" Takumi teased.
"You shouldn't be thinking about that now baka. Worry about our daughter's mind!"
Mei listened to her parents from upstairs. Maybe it's best to stay away from a marriage like her parents marriage.
If you don't know what I mean you can always pm me. Cake = making love.
