Set during IronMan 2. While Romanoff was an undercover SHIELD agent, Tony had been informed that he was being protected by an SHIELD agent who I think was called Grace. There was a whole bunch of follow up stories (Avengers, Ironman 3 etc.) Grace(?) and Tony end up getting together.
