Maes Hughes was dragging his friend, Roy Mustang, to meet his "Most beautiful and adorable angel, Elicia." And as Riza Hawkeye had been accompanying Mustang earlier, she of course, had been rather forcefully invited to join them to see the aforementioned daughter.
"Elicia is so adorable and sweet," Hughes gushed,"Did you know that she'll be turning three soon? Do you want to see some pic—"
"No," Mustang stubbornly interjected. Hughes pouted.
"Elicia! Daddy's home!" Hughes cried out while flinging the door wide open, to which his daughter replied with a gleeful shout of "Daddy!" as she scrambled over and was quickly gathered into his arms.
"Elicia, I brought two people to see you, this is Uncle Roy and Aunt Riza," he said, gesturing to each one in turn.
Elicia beamed at them and sweetly said in her high toddler voice,"Hi." She was so cute it wasn't hard to see why her father showed her off. Although every single minute of every single day was a bit much. It was almost a miracle that the man got any work done.
Elicia had toddled over to her mother to sit in her lap while her father chatted with his friends before they left. And the entire time, she was curiously watching the visitors with her big, green eyes.
She slid off of her mother's lap, startlingly said mother, and purposefully walked towards the Colonel and his Lt.
She tugged Hawkeye's hand and dragged her a bit closer to Mustang. Her goal became clear when she imperiously commanded the couple, "Now kiss."
And in response to that, Hawkeye blushed and Mustang cast an annoyed glare at Hughes and said,"She gets this from you."
