Hey guys! I've been trying my hand lately at some comedic stories, I don't think I'm the funniest, but lets see how this goes! The Kurt/Mae Young stories were pretty fun, so I wanted to do something different with a new one. This story was inspired by the JBL & Cole show, for anyone who watches it and knows. Its a pretty funny miniseries. Enjoy, thank you, and God bless!

"Is this damn thing even on..?"

Cody Rhodes quietly shook the handheld camera, trying to get the piece of junk to work. Why he didn't use his iPhone, he'll never know. But he didn't have time to even think. He had to know WHAT exactly had been going down in Stanford, CT with the exclusive WWE Creative. Usually, when it came to a storyline, or a match of some sort, they were told that day what they would be doing. It was always some bizarre request of Khali dancing, someone as talented as Nattie Neidhart just standing next to the big oaf, or Sheamus of all people giving tanning advice! Something was amuck, and he was bound to figure it all out.

A soft buzz rang from the camera, signaling that the device was ready for use. Cody smiled broadly, before starting into the building, heading right for the offices of Creative to catch these creatures in the act.

"Creatures.." Mumbled Cody, knowing that if what was in that office was what he suspected, he'd become the hero of his peers. With all the nonsensical booking, the last minute title changes, and so much more, Cody came to a conclusion long ago:Creative HAD to be ran by brainless monkeys. I mean really, think about it! Who in their right mind would book this? As Cody chuckled to himself, picturing little primates swinging from the ceiling fans before sending off notes for that night's Monday Night Raw, he felt a thick hand clasp against his shoulder. As he peered from the corner of his eyes, he rolled them, already knowing what exactly this dimwit was to say.

"I'VE GOT SOME BAD NEWS!"

Cody snatched away, shushing the tall, older gent before speaking in only a whisper. "Barrett, not now. Cut the act, this is you and I right now. I'm determined to see who exactly is behind this bull. You should help, I mean look at you bro..Bad News Barrett?" Cody chuckled silently, his blue eyes studying Wade as he watched him seethe in anger. Wade at that moment walked up to Cody, his chest nothing but inches away.

"Listen, you little "dashing" weasel. I could give a damn who runs things back there. Because you know what? At the end of the day, I'm being paid beyond compare. Now run along and finish your little Boy Scout hunt. I have an appointment at the pub with Drew and Stephen Farrelly."

Cody shook his head, watching as Wade walked away with such confidence, when Wade should want to know why he hasn't been WWE Champion yet, and merely just a heel act. As Cody shook off the small meeting with Wade, he snuck quietly down the hall, hoping to find another co-worker to help him on his journey.
