I hope someone likes or comments this kind-of-a-prayer poem. Better both, for I am open for criticism. ;)
The Moon: Darkelves and Demons
Oh, bright moon
whom do you shine in this starless night
Shine those who guard and glow us
with your darkness
Oh, cold moon
whom do shine in this starless night
Shine those who need you
Cool down our hearts and let freeze
every single of them
into your clear ice
Oh, dead moon
whom do you shine in this starless night
Shine those who fight to live
Let – in your twilight -
our souls die therewith we can live
Oh, pure moon
whom do you shine in this starless night
Shine those who are all alone
Purify us ever and ever anew
so that we can stain our hands
every night anew
with foul blood
Oh, lonely moon
whom do you shine in this starless night
Shine us for we are all alone
solely ones on this world
So that we have at least
One whom we can sing
our agony, our dreams
