Gossip Girl here. Your one and only source into the scandalous life of Manhattan's elite.

It's a snowy February here in the Upper East Side. Besides, it's everybody's favorite holiday – Valentine's Day. And, of course, here is different than the entire world, because, let's be clear – Manhattan is a completely different universe!

Let's go at the Waldorf-Bass family and see how do Chuck and Blair celebrate their first Valentine's as a married couple!

Blair woke up in a very bad mood. Her husband, Chuck, wasn't home and it was Valentine's.

Even worse – he won't be home that whole day – he went to Chicago to deal to some business! Who does that to her own wife especially for Valentine's and that suddenly? He didn't tell you about that last night. According to the message that Chuck left her he:

"Just found out about the job. My secretary called me early this morning to let me know about that and I didn't want to woke you up.

Hope you'll have a wonderful day!

Love,

Chuck"

Blair couldn't believe. Chuck, not only that he left her, but it seemed that he had no idea that today was Blair's favorite holiday. That should be their first Valentine's as a married couple. And, yet, Chuck wasn't there.

Poor B. Waiting the holiday of love alone.

Later that noon, Blair was into her sofa, watching "Breakfast at Tiffany's" for a 1000th time. At least that movie couldn't let her down like some people in the real life can.

Suddenly, the ring on her door brought Blair from her thoughts. She went slowly and opened it.

There was nobody. But at the doorstep she found a bouquet of red roses. Along with them was a card on which wrote only:

"Blair Waldorf,

De Luxe Restaurant at 9 pm"

No signature, printed from computer.

Perhaps Serena and Dan are making something and they heard that she's alone on Valentine's. Blair decided to go.

She wore a beautiful yellow dress, opened on back and entered the restaurant. Then she figure out that there's only a little light in there and that it was coming from a hundreds candles. Around her were red roses. Whenever she looked she could see the roses and candles. Even she heard the silent music – it was from "Gone with the Wind". At the start, Blair was a bit confused but then she saw Chuck coming closer with a rose in one hand.

"Can I ask Mrs. Bass for a dance?", Chuck asked and gave Blair the rose.

"Chuck, what...? Aren't you in Chicago?", now Blair was confused.

"Well, the plan was that you don't suspect anything! But, the truth is, that I was making you this surprise for the begin of January! Because I knew how much does Valentine's means to you and, besides, this is our first Valentine's since we got married", answered Chuck."So what do you say, can I have this dance?"

"This and every other in my life!", said Blair smiling and with a tears in the angle of her eyes and gave a hand to her husband.

Ah, if every man on this planet was, at least, half romantic like Chuck...

But only B was that lucky to get him for a husband.

That's all from me for now. But, I'll be back with a new gossips very soon!

You know you love me.

Xoxo.
