Mercy was flying around above the Ilios well with Pharah when an enemy Soldier: 76 shouted out "I've got you in my sights!" Heading her enemies warning she immediately dropped from the sky and barely landed on the ground instead of plummeting to her demise down the strangely deep well.
As she landed she heard a loud 'CRACK' and she feared that she had broken an ankle or something. Looking down she noticed that it was just her heel breaking off from her shoe.
"Drat." Mercy said picking up the broken heel. "I broke my heel." Then the enemy Soldier: 76 had her in his sights and she died.
10 seconds later she was sad to find out that upon being revived from death her heel was not repaired along with her body. Walking over to one of the boxes lying around the drop ship from her teams earlier trashing of the place she found a pair of gym shoes that were coincidentally her size.
"What a coincidence!" Mercy said taking off her heels and putting on the gym shoes. "These gym shoes are exactly my size!"
