A contented moan escaped her lips as her body bounced against his thrusts. Her hands roamed over his back one moving to grip his ass as her head pressed back into the pillow. He captured her lips, rocking over her as her sex clenched around his as she drew closer to release. Leaning up away from her, he picked up speed- driving deeper into her as the fire burned in his stomach. The sheets flew away from them-taken by a fierce and sudden gust of wind as he came. Her back arched and hands clenched against him- the ground bucking beneath the bed as her own climax rocked her
His body spasmed inside of her and he tried to keep from collapsing down on top of her. His hips pumped against hers riding her through her rush of ecstasy. He leaned down kissing her gently- nuzzling her cheek to kiss each of the three scars that let down her jaw.
A shuddering sigh escaped her as she brought her hands around to trace over the blue arrows on his arms. The coils of bliss settled into her and she relaxed against the mattress- the ground calming beneath the bed. He leaned in kissing her again, moving off of her to lie next to her. Smooth hands moved over her curves as she rolled over into him. "Maybe this time."
He smiled. "Maybe." He shuddered and looked down. "Where'd the blankets go?"
With a laugh she pointed at the floor. "You blew them off."
His face tinted in a blush. "Again?"
She laughed again. "Don't you always?" She sighed and nuzzled against him- her head under his chin. "Tenzin?"
"Hm?" He asked looking down at her.
"What is going to happen if it doesn't work?" Her voice was quiet and her eyebrows furrowed. He got really still and took a deep breath.
"Then we'll try again." His words were confident and happy. It would work. It had to.
The memory kept rolling through her mind as she sat on the end of the bed. She rage emanated from her but she kept it as a quiet smoldering cauldron. Holding her head in her hands she refused to let the tears come.
He moved about the room they had once shared gathering his things. "Lin- I'm sorry."
"Don't talk to me." She snapped. Closing her eyes tight she just wanted him gone. It became painfully obvious that he had to leave her. She couldn't give him children. Years…YEARS…they'd been together and for YEARS they tried. They tried everything. Nothing worked. Then that pretty little thing started making advances on him.
He may have seen that Pema as a woman that he loved but all Lin saw her as was a breeding horse. He had to have children. He was the last air bender and if he didn't produce more air benders there wouldn't be any more.
"Lin, listen-"
"No. I'm done listening to you. You said it would work. You said you loved me." She snapped glaring at him. "and as soon as some young fertile little thing comes around you decide to leave me."
"It's not like that."
"Yes. Tenzin, it is. I'm not good enough for Avatar Aang's son." She frowned and stood up. "You need to leave."
He sighed, there was no reasoning with her now. He picked up his suitcase and nodded. "You know where to find me if you need me."
"I won't." She glared. She would never need him. She wouldn't need him ever again if she could help it.
