StarScream has escaped like the typical coward that he is after the battle between the Decepticons and Autobots has gone in the favour of the Autobots.
Soon on the borders of Cuba, an F-14 Raptor is seen approaching and soon entering its border/air space. A transmission is then placed to the communication tower, "My Cuban friends. Here is a gift to you from your new American Allies. I hope you like it. Do take care of it and don't forget to give it a loving Massage by waxing and polishing its shiny new body."(If you haven't guessed by now, this is indeed StarScream himself.) Now that the plane has landed, the Cubans are of course surprised to see no pilot inside but they do as they are told and so at night, the plane transforms into StarScream and says, "Ah this is the life; what with no more Megatron to worry about, I can relax now all day and night."
As he says this, we can see Megatron being dumped into the ocean with the rest of his Decepticon allies and over here we see him send out a Transmission that says, "But I am still functioning. Some one help me."
Of course this message somehow reaches Starscream, who hears it and like the traitor that he is, he responds by saying, "Wanna Bet!" He then is near an oil pipeline that is coming into Cuba which he breaks and with his blaster, blasts at the end of the pipe and puts one end in his mouth and blows out a flame and replies, "Wanna really bet because I think Cuban Pipelines are hot and better than taking instructions from a stuffy old rust bucket that can't even take care of him self."
Megatron gets the gist of the message as he is being submerged in the ocean and his final transmission is, "STARSCREAMMMMMMM, I'll GET YOU YET FOR THIS TREACERY!"

How was it? I think it was funnier when I said this out loud to a couple of people not when I finally decided to write it down sigh :(
By the way, did you get the thing I was trying to say about a Cuban Cigar?
The cigar would be too small for a robot and what could it do to him so
I got in a Cuban pipeline. Still didn't get it? Ah well never mind
