Ezio's fist smashed into the unknowing guard's head and causing the man to jerk forward in shock emitting a slight grunt of pain. Ezio quickly followed up with two more quick punches to the head, knocking the guard flat on the ground without ever knowing who had been the sudden offender. Taking a quick glance around Ezio found no one had seen what he had done, either being busy buying something or they were just ignoring him completely - as it wasn't that uncommon to do, after all.
Most people didn't want to deal with the trouble that followed with witnessing something like this, after all.
Kneeling down he slipped his arms up and under the guards legs and torso before picking him up with a grunt and searching for a nearby cart full of plants or hay. Either would do, the man wasn't picky, after all, so long as it got the job done. His dark gaze caught sight of a cart with bright pink flowers and he jogged over with a bit of difficulty, due to the added weight of the unconscious guard in his arms before tossing the body unceremoniously into the cart and safely out of view.
Turning he activated his eagle vision, his eyes glowing a slight gold color to anyone would get a glimpse under the hood. Before him the scenery grew darker as everyone's aura and intentions became clear to him with their bright colors. Now, all he needed was the spot of gold to - and there it was, his target... Making off down the way he had just cleared of the lonely guard...
Good, thing his instincts were nearly always right.
Keeping his eagle vision activated to have an easier time keeping his target in sight, he began to cautiously follow - weaving in and out of large groups of people and keeping a wary glance on the many guards that followed his target. It certainly wasn't going to be easy getting his target and than getting away...
"ASSASSIN!" cried out a voice behind him and he whipped around, deactivating the eagle vision for clearer ability to see details. Behind him, pointing viciously in his direction was another guard - this one must have been lagging behind. Lucky for them...
"Shit!" with that hushed curse Ezio turned and high tailed it away for either a chance to hide or a better area to fight them off in as the many guards converged in his direction.
"Stop him!"
"Don't let the assassin escape!" these and many cries followed him as he ran to the roof tops and spotted a cart of flowers. In desperation he jumped and dove into the cart with a muffled 'thump' into the flowers and feeling the effects of doing such as his back protested against its landing against the bottom of the wooden cart.
The shouts and mumblings of the guards conversing with each other as they attempted to find him sounded around his hiding place for several minutes before a groaning beside him caught his attention. Ezio's body tensed as he slowly glanced over to see the stunned guard's face staring back at him... The very guard he had knocked out earlier...
