Hello! This is my first Rivetra fanfic so I'm pretty nervous about uploading it. It's quite short so I do hope you enjoy! XD
How Does It Feel?
"Levi?" She squeezed his hand and they both stopped walking. The moon and stars shone bright in the sky and illuminated both their faces.
"Hm?" He looked at her and checked if anything was wrong. The expedition in titan territory was in two days. Due to the stress of that, both couldn't go to sleep. It was close to midnight when Levi decided to go for a walk in the forest.
"How does it feel?"
"How does what feel?" He frowned and moved slightly closer to her.
She took a deep breath. "How does it feel to be in love?"
"Petra..."
She gave a small smile and encircled her arms around his neck. He returned the gesture by putting his around her waist and leaning his forehead on hers.
"Come on Levi, how does it feel?"
He waited for a few seconds, trying to form his answer. Looking deep into her amber eyes and thinking.
Finally, he whispered out something...something that shook her world and stayed with her forever.
"Being in love with you feels...as if everything I have lost...has returned back to me."
