The Lie Becomes The Truth

Amanda King spoke these words to her family later that day because they had caught her at a D.C. art exhibit looking perfectly coiffed and showing "her" artwork to a room full of wealthy patrons! She had told her family that she was too ill to accompany them and then as soon as they left, she met Lee outside at his car and they left to be security detail for the patron who's life was being threatened by a Middle East agent.
When the threat had been eliminated and the D.C. police had cleared everyone from the room, Amanda took her family home while Lee stayed behind to debrief Billy.
