A/N: I wrote this to show you guys that I wasn't dead! (I will be continuing my other stories soon, I promise.) I don't know, I just really wanted to write an angsty fic or something. Hope you like it!

The snowflakes fall, swirling, surrounding him. Falling, dying. The beauty of the moment, vanishing.
Crystals of ice land on his finger. They melt quickly, breaking his heart for the second time. Snow, his only companion, gone.
Dead.
"Norway, come here now", Hungary spoke briefly, her sense of urgency visible even through the telephone.
He quickly considered his options.
"I wish I hadn't found out."
Ignorance is your new best friend.
"Norway, I'm sorry." She then pressed play.
Denmark, throwing open Iceland's door, hair windswept.
Iceland, blushing.
Words were spoken, but Norway ignored them, fully concentrated on Iceland's blush.
Denmark, touching his lips against the younger Nordic's
Iceland, deepening the kiss.
Norway stood, numb.
Eyes, normally devoid of emotion, displayed an intensity that not even Mello could compare to.
Pain, heartbreak, but most of all, love.
"Death." The word echoes through his mind.
Norway smiles, a pensive smile, recalling the happiness they had shared together. The happiness that was now forgotten.
Is the glass half full or half empty?
The glass is shattered, abandoned, and lost.
They say that life is the most painful way to die.
But they are wrong.
Norway eyed a frozen pond next to him. "Perfect."
He hacked at the ice, creating an aperture large enough to enter.
The water grabbed him, pulling him under.
Frozen.
Trapped, under the ice of his heart.
He gasped, trying to take in air, but was met with water.
Norway took in the pain like a welcome friend, closing his eyes.
Pain, without love.
Pain, can't get enough.
His heart slowed until he was gone, departed from this world. Suspended under ice, yet above water.
Frozen.
Surrounded by cold, the same cold that hid his fiery emotions for so long.
But not for longer.
Well, that happened. And I even used two wordmaster gold words! Aren't you guys proud of me?
