BOOM! The thunder sounded and Starfire leapt up in her bed "Eppp" she grasped her bed sheets and stared out her curtain less window.

Over the sea were lightning and thick storm clouds rolling in from the east.

Starfire watched forks of lightning touch the sea like fingertips and the clouds light up like bulbs.

"The earth might be under attack I must ask Robin." She crawled out of her bed and came out of her sliding door into the hall. The lightning lit up the way and Star shivered in the coldness of night.

'Knock, Knock, Knock.' Robin pulled his head out from under the pillow he slept on and straggled out of bed.

"On sec." He pulled on a shirt and opened his door. "Hey star what's up?" he asked surprised to see her standing in his door way in a spaghetti top and very short shorts.

"I cannot sleep at the thought that your planet could be under attack."

"What that?" he pointed out his window.

"Yes." She nodded politely as her knees tapped together.

"It's okay Star it's just Thunder and Lightning." He stepped out of her way and suggested that she come in.

"The horary members?" Starfire asked him.

He nodded "Could very well be."

BOOM! It sounded off again and Starfire jumped into his chest, whimpering.

He guided her over to his bed and sat down.

"Starfire" He lifted her chin up and looked into her glimmering emerald eyes.

"Yes?"

"Don't be afraid."

"I cannot help it I just am afraid."

"…do you want to stay with me?"

"Yes if you could spare the room" she nodded approvingly.

"Of course I'm not that fat" Robin snorted and she laughed.

They laid in silence "Hey star?"

"Yes Robin."

"I've never told anyone this but."

"Go on."

"…Kiss me I'm Irish." He smiled a happy smile.

Well ladies and gents she didn't get the joke.

She reddened though. "Okay."

And they kissed…all night long.

"Oh yeah uhuhuhhu, WE WIN THE BET!" Lightning screamed.

"Yes brother we sure did." Thunder boomed.

"Who's next?"

"I think that's enough match making for you tonight my brother." Thunder grabbed him.

"No wait it's an opportunity; he spoke quickly. "Awww c'mon Noooooooooo"
