This is the first and main character for a story that I'm going to be writing that starts after the Dragon Ball GT series. All credit for the creation of the concepts used in this story go to where they belong. I also do not own anything related to Dragon Ball/Z/GT but the Characters are mine.
Venus: A young girl who is a descendent of Goku and Pan, who is 1/16th Saiyan. In her first appearance, she is much like Goku was as a child in that she is on a search for the Dragon Balls so that she can get stronger. Throughout the Find the Dragon Balls Saga, she works hard to gain strength and power in order to keep up with her rival, Boxer, the descendent of Vegeta. Venus is quite powerful for a child, and has a Saiyan tail despite her diluted blood. She also makes friends quite easily, another trait she shares with Goku.
Appearance: At the start of the series, Venus' appearance is similar to that of any twelve year old human girl. She is short at about 4'6'', has a deceptively thin build, long black hair, and a Saiyan tail. Venus usually dresses in a blue and purple training gi, and a pair of flat shoes that are made for running and fighting. She later loses the tail after she transforms into a Great Ape for the first time. Venus later changes her apperance for her first World Martial arts tournament, with her hair being cut into a bob, her training gi changing into an orange and blue one similar to the one Goku used to wear, and her build being a bit more muscular due to her training.
Power: Due to her being born with Saiyan Blood, and then being trained in the ways of fighting for a short while by Pan, Venus has basic martial arts skills and knowledge of ki when she sets out for her journey. Her power level is about 1000 at the start of her journey, mostly outclassing others that she meets. She later increases this power under the guidance of Master Shelia, and she gains the ability to fly, create a Kamehameha wave, and to perform the Sheila Fighting Bomber. Her power level also increases far in excess of Shelias own, and she has a power level of roughly 2000 by the first martial arts tournament. She misses winning the tournament by a small margin when faced against X, and nearly loses against Launch. Later, after she is faced multiple times by those trying to steal her Dragon Balls, Venus' power rises to 3500 and she is about even with X at this time. When she finally faces off against Cyborg Nine, the leader of the Dragon Birgade, she has a power of 4000 according to Cyborg Nine's sensors. This allows her to easily overwhelm the Cyborg when working in tandem with X. Later, during her second martial arts tournament, she has a power level of 18,000 showing that she has fundamentally increased her powers over the 5 year time skip, something that astounded Shelia.
