I like this place.

The screams grew louder.

It's so...calm.

The bodies lay distorted in the streets.

I wonder where this place is?

Children ran screeching, one by one their lives slowly dropping.

I don't really care, becuase here...here I am free.

'It' walked right over the blood-covered earth.

Here...I can do what I want without consequence.

No one could stop 'it'.

But...am I alone in this place?

Blood dripped of 'its' black fur.

Couldn't there be another who can share this place with me?

'It' sensed a different life.

There is one left.

The life didn't run or hide.

Isn't this life afraid?

The one life, looked up at 'it', and laughed. 'It' suddenly stopped, and laughed too.

Finally, someone to share this place with me.

'It' took the life's hand and studied...her.

This life, she had visited this place and liked it. Like me.

She looked the same height as 'it'.

She is powerful. I know it.

Amber eyes dully stared at 'its' red ones, twisted smile still on her face.

'It' spoke. "We could have a lot of fun, don't you think?"

She spoke back. "I like this place. I don't want to ever leave. Let's go have more fun!"

I can't wait to show her the whole place.

Hand in hand, she and 'it' walked over the bodies.

"I'm hungry." She said later.

"We could eat before we go." 'It' said.

I would only like her to have the best in this place.

'It' led her into a building. She sat on a chair next to a table.

'It' quickly went to the higher level, and came back with something in tow.

She laughed. "This is going to be good!"

'It' placed the squirming thing down on the table, and smashed down on it's legs. A scream tore through the near-silence.

Stupid noisy meal. It better shut up.

"Here you go." 'It' grinned and watched her burn a chunk off the blue creature. It screamed louder.

I knew she was powerful. This place is going to be so much fun.

'It' snapped a bone off the creature's arm and started chewing off it.

Our meal is moving too much. Oh well.

'It' put 'its' hands around the creature's neck and twisted it. The creature moved no more.

"Sorry about that, it was just moving around too much."

She smiled and continued eating. "It's good."

I'm glad.

After they finished, they exited the building.

We can go anywhere. We are free.

"Shall we go have even more fun?" 'It' said.

She nodded, licking red off her hands. "Let's go."

'It' took her arm, and the two disappeared in a bright light.

In the next town, screams and smoke drifted on the wind.
