My hand upon your heart, your arms around my waist, our bodies intertwined.

Nothing matters.

Sleeping our souls meet in dreams, you are mine and I yours.

Let the world bleed.

Your scent intoxicates every sense, every inch of skin.

Let the stars be our disguise.

And (just) stay like this a moment longer.

Defy destiny.

Because we both know reality is far too cruel,

And morning always comes.
