Beep…Beep… Sakuno's cell phone rang.
She ignored the irritating noise and tried to go back to sleep.

Who could be sending a message at this time? Its already 11.30, for goodness sake.

I give up, she sighed as she went to answer her phone.

Ryuzaki, meet me at the park. –Echizen
Sakuno froze as she saw the word 'Echizen'. Why would he send a message to me? Sakuno wondered. Oh, well, better get dressed.
After she changed into a pair of casual dress, she began to walk to the park near her house.
When she arrived at the park, she was greeted by a cat eyed boy, with a white cap on his head.
"Thought you'd never come," Ryoma smirked.
Sakuno blushed. He sure looks so handsome when he smirks…
They both sat at the bench facing the playground. The moonlit park was now filled with silence.
"Ano," Sakuno began. "Why did you want me to come to the park?"

"Wait…" Ryoma told her. "The answer is soon to come."
As expected from Ryoma-kun. He always gives an indirect answer.

Sakuno sighed as she admired the beautiful scenery.

Ryoma turned to face a blushing Sakuno. His eyes locked on hers.
Sakuno felt her heart beating thrice as fast as usual as he leaned towards her.
She closed her eyes.
"Merry Christmas, Sakuno," whispered Ryoma as he planted a kiss on her soft cheek.
She smiled.
I never knew how it felt to celebrate Christmas with someone you like, until now….
