The easiest choice he ever made.

The cold was even worse than in the lake in Wisconsin, more fierce and painful.
We will die if we don't manage to get up on something.
I heard Roses weak breathing behind me.
Pain, worse than what i have ever felt flashed through me. Rose would die,, The new centre of my life would die,,
The only thing that matter to me can die if I don't do anything.

-I need you to swim Rose, I shouted at her while pulling her closer to me.

-It's so cold, I heard Rose say silently. I heard that her voice was getting weaker and weaker.

-SWIM Rose Swim!!! I yelled and pulled her with me. I got sight of some debris in the water and swam towards it, fast so that no one else would take it. I helped up Rose onto to the largest chunk of wood that was probably door.

After that I tried to climb on myself, but the door could barely hold one person, let alone two and Rose nearly fell off.

I helped her up again and met her gaze, when she had steadied herself. Her beautiful dark-blue eyes were questioning and it was an obvious one , why aren't you coming up too?

That second I made my choice, strangely enough it was the easiest choice I had ever made.

As long as Rose survives I don't care what happens to me…
