Just because she put her hand on her stomach doesn't mean anything…..

She could hear what the doctor was saying.
"You were diagnosed with cancer, and the results aren't good. You would be lucky enough to live a few more months. I'm sorry to inform you of this."
Felicity put her phone down.
She was dying from cancer. (Stomach cancer)
Oliver hugged Will one more time and closed the door.
He heard Felicity get a call so he turned to face her.
"Is everything ok?"
She quickly put her hand down from her stomach.
"Ya, everything's fine."
Oliver nodded and left to sit in his room.
It was hard for him to send William away, so he needed some alone time.
Whenever things got hard he prefered being alone. Because it was easier that way.
