Hey, before you read this all you need to know is that Larten and Wester were cubs for a while (if you haven't read the Larten Crepsley saga, cubs are vampires that roam the world like humans, and usually get drunk and get women.) until going back to Seba and resuming their training.

3rd Person...

Three more vampires added to the hundreds that were already residing at Vampire Mountain. The three were future quarter master Seba Nile, the quiet, polite boy the corner Wester Flack and the orange haired womanizer that was Larten Crepsley. Yet Larten had been taken down a few pegs since being a cub, he still, like most men, enjoyed the company of a woman.

When they walked in Larten scraped his feet on the thin stretch of rough carpet like material the lie on the floor, but as he walked in he felt a fool because the ground was covered in rubble and dirt anyway. He hoped no one had been watching.

Larten and Wester followed their master to a long table, they sat down and were offered food, ale and blood. They took blood and food, Seba telling them not to drink alcohol before the festival starts. They sat and ate, and Larten had to admit he was a little bored.

He could see that Wester was amazed, he would love being here. But Larten? Not so much. He would enjoy the fighting and quite possibly the company of new vampires. But not the hassle, the constant noise. Not being able to go anywhere without being talked to, or bumped into.

He nearly fell asleep, until word spread to his table that a man was being beat by a woman in the sports hall. They all went to look, not believing that a woman could beat a fully grown vampire man.

I know it was short, but the other chapters will be longer...This is just a small chapter to start the story off.

Hope you liked...

Thanks
