This is my first CSI: Miami drabble from Eric's POV.
I remember the first time I laid on her I thought she was beautiful. The long blonde hair and her piercing eyes attracted my attention, then I learnt she was my colleague ballistics expert Calleigh Duquesne and she was stunning.
Here we are four years down the line and I still feel the same way about her as I did then. The difference now is that I finally asked her out to dinner and she said yes. We had a great time and things have developed since then things have developed. We spend as much time together out of the lab we can, I've even stayed at her place a couple of times and she at mine. It's been the best two months of my life I'm so happy people at the lab have been giving me questioning looks, as I have a permanent grin on my face, but I can't help it, it's the effect she has on me.
Even now just looking at her working in 'her' ballistics lab, I can't help but smile and think how wonderful she is. Even better that she's my girlfriend, I love you Calleigh Duquesne and I always will.
