Rebirth

It's opening your eyes and finding out you can still see,
It's opening your mouth and finding you can speak.
It's listening once more and finding that words make sense again.
It's waking up and looking forwards to your day.
It's falling asleep and not wishing for the night to take you.
It's starting over and finding that people still love you and that you still love them.
Like having the sky beneath you and the water on top.
Touching his face and actually feeling it.
It's having them forgive you and finding you can live again,
It's something you've never felt before.
It's love.
A new life.
It's a rebirth.
