I don't own any characters you recognize.
The Doctor scowled at the screen. He had hoped to show Romana up at video games, but she had mastered it surprisingly quickly.
The Doctor's scowl grew deeper as she flashed him a triumphant smile.
'I don't see how this is challenging, a Time Tot could have played this.'
'Just concentrate on your game.'
Romana flicked her brown hair. 'I'm winning.'
The Doctor gaped as he caught a glimpse of her screen. She had already gotten to the final level. He watched in amazement, his own game forgotten. The little figure jumped onto a stone pillar and promptly slid off the edge.
The Doctor burst out laughing, almost falling off his chair. Romana crossed her arms and glared at him. 'It's not funny.'
He looked at her and continued to laugh. 'You slipped off the edge. Did you learn that at the Academy too?'
Romana looked unimpressed. She waited until the Doctor had caught his breath, then said in a matter-of-fact voice.
'At least I'm not the one who jumped right off a cliff.'
