Chapter one: Gordon Freeman is released to help the resistance
"Well well well, Mr. Vance! How nice to see you" muttered the G-man in his odd way of speaking "How can I... help you, today?"
"You know why I'm here G-man!" Eli Vance said handing the G-man the paper that was Gordon Freeman's contract
"Ah yes, Doctor Freeman's services... you do know of course... of the cost?" replied the G-man
"I know the price... but it is worth it, just send us Gordon and ill pay your price" said Eli beginning to get frustrated
"Very well... Mr. Vance, You shall receive Mr. Freeman shortly... but prepare your reappraise as soon as you can." said the G-man as he arranged contact with his superiors to release freeman from his time warp. "Alright... your transaction is complete... Mr. Vance, Mr. Freeman will arrive shortly." said the G-man walking out into a white doorway
as the G-man approached Gordon Freeman's time warp he adjusted his tie "Rise and shine...Mr. Freeman, rise and shine..."
