Not The Devil: Arceus
I do not own Pokemon, Arceus, or Giratina. I do have a Giratina on my Pokemon Platinum however.
Dear everyone,
I've been hearing some…disturbing…rumors about my baby brother, Giratina. People have been calling him evil and saying that he's the devil himself. Well, as the supposed "god" of the Pokemon world and his big brother, I'm here to tell you that's not the case.
First I did not banish him to the Distortion World for his violence. I assigned him there because with his abilities, he was the best person to guard both the Distortion World and the land of the dead. He, along with the Dusknoir reapers, help keep the REAL devil and his demons out of your world. Along with those duties, he always kept an eye on the real world. This is not an easy job for Giratina, but he took it willingly to keep the world safe.
As for his supposed violence, I haven't seen much of it. He can have a hot temper and adores battling, but he has never really hurt anyone. Much as I love my other two brothers, they have caused more destruction in one battle than Giratina has in his lifetime.
And the Pokemon you call a devil saved the world. A few years ago, an evil man named Cyrus captured Dialga and Palkia, and using Red Chains, tried to use their powers to destroy the world and replace it with one robbed of spirit. The only people of your world to try to stop him were three CHILDREN, two ten year olds(one of which left before Giratina revealed himself) and a fifteen year old. Both the Lake Trio and Giratina rushed to their aid. The Lake Trio provided a distraction while Giratina grabbed the guy, broke his controller, and pulled him into the Distortion World.
The sudden change in the dimensional fields alerted me and I rushed over(I'm ashamed to admit I was asleep at the time). I healed a injured Dialga and Palkia and telepathically contacted my littlest brother. He told me that everything was under control, that three humans were with him, including Cyrus, and to meet him at Turnback cave. A few minutes after we arrived, a portal opened, we heard Giratina growl, and the leader of Team Galactic came running out of the portal. We caught him and Palkia trapped him in a pocket dimension to wait for judgment(you probably don't want to know what we did to him).
A moment later, Giratina came out carrying the little ten year old girl(and looking like he wasn't going to let go of her anytime soon) with the fifteen year old trailing behind him. (I didn't think human eyes could get as big as theirs went when they saw us.) We of course thanked him, and noticing how attached he was to that little ten year old, I told him he had my blessing to go with her, and that the Dusknoir reapers and I could carry out any tasks he couldn't while he was gone. After everything my brother did for us, he definitely deserved a vacation.
Now you know who my brother truly is. Next time you see him, treat him as the hero he is, and not the devil he's not.
A very proud big brother,
Arceus
Hope you guys liked the story! I'm thinking about writing a larger one of Giratina's POV of the Spear Pillar scene. Let me know what you guys think!
By the way, I know the last part of the Spear Pillar scene didn't happen, but I was surprised that the legendaries let Cyrus get away without punishment after what he did, so I made it so that they didn't. As for what they did to him, well, I'll leave that up to your imagination.
Please review! If you have any questions, criticisms, or any ideas for another story, let me know.
