I'm writing this for a friend who likes there pairs, I'm not into this pair but I thought I'd give it ago. I've only played 368/2 days and the beginning of 1 and 2, plus I've read some of the manga for days so sorry if my facts suck. I really am just trying this out for a friend.
It was a breezy morning on Destiny Island, my hair gently blowing behind me as I sat in the paopu fruit tree. My hands, cold, grasping onto the branch beneath me as if clinging onto dear life. The only sound to be heard was the waves crashing and gulls flying overhead. I closed my eyes and imagined the sun beaming down, warming the island. A shout interrupted the silence. "HEY RIKU!"
A young boy with scruffy dark brown hair, ran towards me, his deep blue eyes sparkling, as he ran towards me. With beaming smile on his face he ran in front of me. "h-hey Riku?" Panting slightly as he spoke happily. A light chuckle escaped my mouth at the sight. "what do you want Sora?" I said lightly trying to supress my smile at the sight of him.
"Kairi said to ask you about paopu fruit", he was looking into my eyes now as he spoke, still smiling.
"What do you want to know about it?"
"What is it" he tried to climb onto the branch with me but struggled so I helped him
"Paopu fruit is a special fruit which grows on this island." His eyes were filling with wonder as I spoke "they say if someone else eats the other half of the fruit as you, you're destiny will be tied together" I was now smiling back at him. He slowly turned his head so he was looking out towards the sea instead of me. "well…..do you know who'd you'd eat the Paopu fruit with?" he seemed focussed on the waves but I knew he was paying attention to my words. "kairi" I said mockingly.
"hey no fair!" he shouted and ran "I'm sharing mine with Kairi" he laughed and shouted back as he ran into the distance.
I knew he was joking and it made me laugh. I knew he had someone else in mind, I just had to hope it was me.
