Camp Halfblood: Wisdom's Cursed
Chapter 1 "Failure to See"
Being cursed isn't that bad, it usual wears off after a few hours. But being cursed by Circe to never be able to use your own mother's wisdom and if you do you'll be haunted by voices in your head. That, ladies and gentleman, was Cain's exact problem.
He was a Son of Athena, the kind of demigod that doesn't last long on quests (trust him, he's seen it first hand). And when he was very young and before Chiron even knew he existed, his dad met Circe and they got into a quarrel.
You probably know how that ended, he got cursed and Circe drove his dad insane. Since then, he has never used his Wisdom or even tried to go on quests. He avoids them at all costs, even Chiron knows this.
His brothers and sisters treat him like an outcast because of this, saying he doesn't appreciate the gift and isn't willing to risk it all for it. Nothing they can find has helped him, it's only made it worse. And since PERCY JACKSON HELPED CIRCE GET TAKEN PRISONER AND NEVER SEEN AGAIN, he has no chance of ever getting it lifted.
Oh well right?
Since all the grand heroes are off fighting, he along with a few other campers are left at Camp, he comes out of his hiding from his rundown shack.
But on this occasion, he finds the Oracle of Delphi visiting since the Titan War who he has never met before. Upon meeting her by accident while he was getting supplies, she gets curious about his curse. And she is inclined help him get through it, though he insists she stay out of it.
Determined, she goes off to find answers which leads to their wacky adventures.
Stay tuned for the first thrilling chapter of Wisdom's Cursed
(Hey Apollo, are you sure this will get people hooked. I think that we should have just started off with the chapter instead of this hook. But hey, what do I know? I'm just the favorite writer of Callipole, I don't get paid enough for this. Not worth the immortality, having to do any project Apollo wants.)
