Kanto was a beautiful place, it had pokemon of all colors, except one, yellow. You wanna know why? Well, there was this queen named Delia Rocket and she had a husband named Geovanni Rocket. They were a beautiful couple, and the queen's favorite color was yellow. She would always wear yellow, decorate her room with it, dress her children with it, and hang yellow items on the walls. One day she was swinging on a yellow swing when it started to drizzle. She ran inside, minutes passed and a storm started to form. Her red hair was shown as she looked into a mirror, wherein the background she could see a bright lightning bolt. It was very yellow and super pretty. Delia stepped outside despite the warnings of her son Red. Her other son, Ash, tried to distract his mom but she didn't listen. She put on her rubber, yellow raincoat and walked outside. Her children were on the other side of the glass and saw as tragedy struck (literally. Absolutely no pun intended). The two kids watched as yellow flashed right into moms hoodie. That thing was an insulator so it took more energy than possible to survive. They watched as their mom turned around to their side and fall as her once bright eyes turned dull and the pupils disappeared. The two slid the glass door to the side and stepped outside with nothing on but their hoodies, jeans, and crocs. They both rushed to their mom's carcass and started shaking her screaming things like "Mom, wake up!", "Mommy!", "Wake up mommy, don't play jokes!" Ash started crying and while shaking their mom, Red rubbed Ash's back. They didn't see the huge bolt coming their way. It struck the two's arms, time froze as the two arched their backs in pain and passed out.
They woke up in a hospital bed with defibrillators hovering over them. Red looked to his left and saw that his arms were connected to tubes and a big machine with his heartbeat shown on it. His heart was suddenly starting to speed up and the doctors looked at each other with panic. "Hey, calm down, Red!" "Red!" He saw pitch dark blackness and fell backward onto the bed.
*In his mind*
Red rubbed his eyes, "Where am I?". "Oh, you're awake. My name is supposed to be unknown so call me Y!" said a girly voice cheerfully. Red looked to his side and saw a girl with bright yellow hair that flew to her foot heels. She wore a yellow dress that went to her mid thighs and white flats. "I apologize on behalf of my people. Sorry my little friend, Bolt, accidentally hit you and your mom." Red got really angry, "You killed my mother!" The girl's bright yellow eyes looked sad for a moment and went back to normal, "I apologize, you must have misunderstood. I didn't kill your mom, my friend bolt did. I'm the princess of nature, Bolt was an amateur and hit your mom. I apologize truly. And Bolt apologizes too. I apologize that he isn't here in person, he's too busy being reprimanded by my mother, Nature. She's really old and I apologize that she can't meet you, she said I should go by myself since I've always wanted to meet a prince."
Now Red started steaming out of your ears, "I DON'T CARE! YOU ARE IN CHARGE AND YOU SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS! MY MOM IS DEAD BECAUSE OF YOU!" Y cowered back in fear when Red started screaming. "YOU. YOU. YOU, MONSTER! I HATE YOU AND ALL OFF YOUR PEOPLE. YOU ALL ARE NUISANCES. AND STOP APOLOGIZING, IT'S ANNOYING JUST LIKE YOU! WORDS CAN'T EXPRESS HOW MUCH I HATE YOU NOW. YOU WITCH! GO BREW YOURSELF A DANG DISAPPEARING POTION AND DRINK IT. YOU AND YOUR PEOPLE SHOULD BE AFRAID OF YOU! SCREW YOU!" He angrily stalked off, "Wait, Red. I have something to tell you!" The girl screamed as he quickened his pace. She started chasing after him, "Be careful! Your dad is going to start an evil business and try to take over the world because of this trauma. If you take this prophecy you will know all and if you sign this document I can turn back time and stop your mom from dying!" Red turned her direction and screamed, "Stop spouting all that bullcrap! You can't turn back time, no one can. And my father is fine, but you aren't!" Y fell on her knees and started crying. She grabbed a tree branch and wrapped the paper around it and threw it at him. It landed at his feet, He grabbed it and ran off with it in his hoodie pocket.
He ran for a good two hours and stopped running after he heard a voice. "Big brother, Red!" He turned around with a relieved smile on his face. He embraced his younger brother with a big, fat hug. "Brother Red, I know that I'm only 7 and you're about to be 10 in a year but trust me. This girl named Y said that she could stop mom from dying!" Red's smile faltered and his eyes turned dark, he took his brother's shoulder's in his arms. "Ash, you can't trust everything you hear. No one can turn back time. Mom is dead and we can't do anything to fix it. Plus it's all her fault, don't trust her." Ash started tearing up and cried in his older brother's chest, Red rubbed his back and let a tear run down his cheek.
*Out of Red's mind*
"Red, wake up!" A doctor stood hovering on him. He rubbed his eyes and read the name tag: Dr. Alicia. She pointed to the chattering tv, and then did he pay attention to the contents. On the tv was the news, the news anchors talked about his dad and his new bad organization Team Rocket that had been active for a year now. He turned to Dr. Alicia and asked, "How long has it been?" "It's been a year, oh! Happy Birthday, honey! I'll be right back, it will only take a minute!" She happily chirped. He leaned over to look outside of the window and saw a world without the color yellow. The nurse came back in with a cupcake and Ash. Ash started crying happy tears and rushed over to give his big brother a hug. The nurse smiled in adoration and placed the cupcake on the bedside table. She stuck a candle in the middle and pulled out a lighter. She lit the candle and let Red blow it out.
She looked at herself and the mirror and suddenly a light bulb lit up in her mind. "Oh my! You woke at 11:23, now it's 11:40 and I haven't introduced myself properly! I'm Dr. Alicia Waterflower! I'm a doctor here and have 4 beautiful daughters. I'm sure you've heard of the Sensational Sisters, those are my daughters. I have one younger daughter who's Ash's age, 8! Her name is Misty, she's really pretty and Ash seems to like her. Misty come on out dear!" When a little girl's face poked out from the door, Ash blushed lightly and Red took note of that. Ash coaxed her out by saying, "Come on out, Mist!" She smiled and walked inside. She had bright orange hair in pigtails (Yeah, I changed her style to one of a smaller kid's one.) and wore a blue tank top, blue jeans, and red suspenders. (I changed her outfit. You can probably guess why because of the title, but you'll learn later.) Red looked around and saw nothing of the color yellow. (Told Ya.) "Why isn't there yellow?" Ash and Misty gasped while Dr. Alicia looked at him with caring, soft eyes. We decided to ban the color yellow because it reminds every one of your mother and your crazy father." Ash looked at Red and tried to break the tension that you could cut with a knife. "While you were asleep I was temporary king it was fun, and I'm sure you'll have fun while doing it too!" Ash smiled brightly and snaked his arm around Misty's shoulders. She giggled and leaned back into Ash.
At a young age, he was quite the ladies man.
Hi, Everyone. I don't really have a schedule but expect the continuation of When You Build your Wall too High. I'm sorry for not updating but almost every time I have slept and daydreamed I came up with this idea. And this one I promise will come out tomorrow or Sunday, maybe tonight. I know that this is a Pokespe story but I added Misty and Ash for specific reasons.

Oh, this is about them having powers and yes this is Specialshipping. If you couldn't tell, Y is Yellow. She'll be introduced next chapter. The next chapter might be shorter but still, I'm kinda worried about ending it here. I plan to start the next chapter 7 years from where we left off. Ash and Misty will be 15 while Red and Yellow will be 17.
