She looked into his eyes. Cold, red. Full of hate. Hate of his brother, hate of his village, hate of himself.
Hate of her.
She quickly pulled out a kunai. "Sasuke-kun…" she said shakily, her voice trembling. "Sasuke-kun….I……."
He looked at her again. "Heh." He smirked. "You're still weak. You still cry. You'll never be able to kill me."
She put her kunai away. He looked at her questionably.
Suddenly, pain could be felt all over his body. He quickly turned around just to see her standing there, her hand thrust into his side. She was using medical jutsu to drain his power--!!
He cursed. "You--!"
She stood there, her arm thrust into his side. He could feel that he was losing blood. Fast. All his energy was being drained. He couldn't move--!
He fell to the ground. "Sakura…..Don't you remember who I am? It's me….It's Sasuke…..Remember?"
She continued to drain all his energy. Her eyes were hidden, and her arm was shaking.
"Saku……ra……." He quietly closed his eyes. "I'll….Never……..Love you." And he was silenced
She stood up, her arm drenched in his blood. "I know." She said quietly, her face scrunched up, the tears forcing themselves out of her eyes. "But…..Sasuke-kun…….I will always love you. No matter what."
She leaned down. "Sasuke-kun…You could……Have never loved me." She quietly put her lips onto his, and slowly kissed his cold corpse. "Because fate….wouldn't allow you to love me……"
She stood up and wiped her eyes. She picked up his body, and started back to their—her—village.
