Kasumi lied she lied beside her two best friends Kiba and Akamaru Inuzuka on the soft green grass,her long black hair spreading out in waves around her. She looked over at the small boy with messy brown hair and red markings on his face whom he smiled up at the starry sky. Akamaru ,a small white dog,cuddled beside him,her lips curved into a smile exposing dimples on both sides of her cheeks. Her big green eyes wandered from him to back up at the shining stars.

"Kasumi-chan?"The young messy brown hair boy called

"yes,Kiba-kun?"

He sat up,crossing his legs Indian style, staring down at her there eyes meeting.

"Why do girls always make a big fuss about wanting to be sasukes first kiss?"He questioned innocently.

Although,it was true all the girls in kasumi and kiba's class always fan girled over sasuke basically yelling at eachother that they will be sasuke's first kiss,on the other hand kasumi wasn't that girly girl. Kasumi rather roll around in mud with the guys then braid hair with the girls. And that is exactly what she does,you can always find her getting in and out of trouble with them and skipping class with them then of course getting caught and having to stay after school. Most of the time she is seen playing games and racing with them. However out of them all it seemed as though kiba was her favorite.

The day that they met was unforgettable at their age.

One afternoon on a day off Kasumi caught kiba's attention when she almost very closely beat him in one of their silly races that they partake in , for whatever reason that moment he knew she was different from the rest of the girls in their class.

Kasumi sat up on her knees scratching the back of her head lightly.

"I don't know."

"Do you ever think about it?"Kiba egged on.

The six year olds face got pinker."N-No not really, I-I mean I don't know, whats the big deal about it anyways?!How do you-" her voice suddenly became softer like a whisper "even kiss?"

Now kiba's face turned a bright tomato red color,his flickering over at Akamaru,who was sound asleep and then back at her with a smirk as if he found the answer and licked the side of her face.

She twitched glaring at him quizzically.

"EW! BAKA!" She yelped "KIBA!W-WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?"She used her danty hand to wipe off the saliva from her cheek

He put on an embarrassed smile. "M-my sister told me thats how dogs kiss!"

She rolled her eyes "we aren't dogs!" she shook her head at his ignorance. "Um I use to always see my mom and dad kiss." she confessed thinking back on those times with her parents. "they kiss right in front of me before he left in the morning or whenever he came home!They just um..." her voice trailed off.

"they what?!"

"press there lips together. Like this- " She leaned in and press her cold wet lips onto kiba's dry warm ones ,seconds later they pulled away,both blushing.

"oh." was all that kiba could manage to say.

Kasumi just nodded.

They both later on burst into giggles ,breaking the awkward silence between each other playfully pushing eachother.

"Hey,Race ya home!"Kiba challenged standing up

"Bet I'll win!" She said confidently accepting his challenge running off before him.

"Thats no fair-" Kiba glanced back at K9 companion

"Akamaru c'mon!" His dog hopped up running beside them as they pushed each other while running home.
