365 Days of Drabbles Challenge: Prompt Used - Remembrall

Sirius gazed at the Remembrall as Remus kissed his chest. "What did I forget?" he mumbled, ignoring the very talented tongue that played with his nipples.

Remus broke off his light teasing kisses to laugh. "It would be faster to ask what you remember. You tend to forget a lot of things."

Sirius pouted and placed the Remembrall back on the floor. "That's not true."

Remus kissed his neck. "Of course it is. It's one of the reasons that I love you so much, though. Your forgetfulness is just so endearing."

"I'll show you endearing," Sirius playfully said and twisted them so Remus was on his back and Sirius hovered. His hands gently played with Remus' sinuous muscles, enjoying the sounds of pleasure that echoed throughout the room.

Their kisses turned from gentle to passionate. It was not very often that they had their dormitory to themselves, and they definitely wanted to take advantage of their fleeting alone time.

They came together hard and fast. Both of them grunted and screamed the other's names, hands clasped together as their bodies surged, aching for closeness that seemed impossible to achieve.

In the afterglow, Sirius' head was pillowed against Remus' chest, and his mind once against went back to the Remembrall. "I know I'm forgetting something."

Remus tugged good-naturedly on Sirius' black locks. "Relax. You'll remember eventually."

It was later that day that he remembered. Remus and Sirius were cuddled on the couch as the scene unfolded.

James and Lily were arguing. Again.

Sirius had just about enough of it. They could have argued in private somewhere, but they always seemed to choose the common room, in front of everyone.

"It's your fault!" Lily shouted, her face turning bright red.

"It's your fault! You always jump off the handle!" James shouted back.

Sirius rolled his eyes, turning to Remus. "They're at it again," he commented.

"Whose fault was it?" Remus asked. "Who's to blame this time?"

"There's no question, is there? It's always James," he replied with a grin, before turning back to the scene. He relaxed back on the sofa, casually eating his Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans. "Do you want some?"

"No, I've had loads of chocolate today."

"That never stopped you before," Sirius said, smirking at Remus.

Red tinted Remus's cheeks slightly. "I'm trying to cut back a bit on the sweets.

"Why? You do realize how skinny you actually are, right?"

"I need to keep my girlish figure," Remus shot back.

The two of them gazed at each other until James and Lily screaming brought them back to reality.

"You stood me up!" Lily shouted, cheeks a furious red as her fists clenched at her side. It looked like she was using all of her restraint to not punch James in the face.

"I didn't know you changed the meeting place!" James argued. His hair was messier than usual, as if his fingers continuously ran through it in frustration.

"You were told!"

"No, I wasn't," James retorted.

Sirius' eyes widened as he finally remembered. "Um, Prongs. Lily?"

Both turned to him. "What?" they asked, their anger on the surface completely.

Sirius stood up nervously. "Lily kind of told me to tell you, James, and I kind of forgot." He looked at Remus. "That's what the Remembrall was trying to remind me."

Remus shook his head. "Oh, Padfoot."

"Black," Lily said sweetly.

Sirius cringed, knowing she was at her most dangerous when she used that tone. "Yes?"

"Run," she ordered.

Sirius didn't have to be told twice.
