Sequel to Peeta's Worst Idea, Enjoy and please review.

"Hello little love birds" Haymitch said as he walked into our house "I do hope I'm not interrupting anything"

"Hello Haymitch" I sighed

"Hey Haymitch, what's brought you here?" Peeta asked with a slightly annoyed tone

"Sorry" Haymitch said raising his hands defensively "I wanted to know if you had any liquor, I've run out."

"I thought you'd decided to stop drinking," Peeta said going to the fridge and looking for some alcohol.

"Well I lasted 4 days and those 4 days were hell," Haymitch explained.

Peeta pulled out a bottle of red wine.

"Here you go," Peeta said handing over the bottle.

"Thank you, I'll just leave you to your... Activities" Haymitch said and with that he walked out of the house.

We were only eating bread.

"Well goodbye sober Haymitch," I said.

"It was never going to last," Peeta said laughing and I laughed along with him.

"So where were we," he asked wiggling his eyebrows suggestively.

"We were eating bread," I said bluntly.

"Before that?" he said smirking.

I laughed "no, no, no," I said "since you had a worst idea that turned into an ok idea, I must have an idea."

"Wait are we going to.." he trailed off.

"Yes, we are going hunting," I said.

"Oh no, no, no," he said shaking his head, "we already tried that once and it did not work out."

"Too bad we are going to do this," I said taking his hand as he had done to me.

"Worst idea ever," I heard him mumble.

I smiled, that's what I had said.

I got my bow, hunting jacket and boots out of the broom closet.

"Wow, you're going to let me use your bow?" He said.

"Of course there isn't another one."

We walked out of my house, down to the meadow and into the forest.

I heard Peeta walking noisily behind me "Peeta, you're going to scare all of the animal's away, quiet down."

"Sorry," he whispered.

We walled further into the forest; Peeta was still noisy but not as bad as before.

I handed him my bow and put it in a position for him. I took a few steps back and whispered "okay now just aim it at that bird down there."

He pulled the bow up and it pointed at me. I flung my arms over my head.

"Wow, sorry, let's try this again."

He aimed it again and this time it was aimed at a bird not far off. The bird was large and it was sitting on the ground. It would've been an easy shot for me.

I saw the concentration on his face. He pulled the arrow back, I saw him hesitate to shoot. Finally he released the arrow and it caught the birds feathers but it managed to fly off.

"Told you," he sighed "I'm a lost case."

"No, no, you were so close," I reassured him.

"Once more," he said.

He moved closer to where he had shot the other bird's feathers off.

He pulled the bow up again and I saw what he planned to shoot; a large squirrel.

He pulled the arrow back and let it fly, without a much hesitation as before.

It shot the little squirrel in the stomach, and the squirrel fell from its place in the tree.

"Told you," I said going over to Peeta and giving him a kiss on the cheek.

"I guess sometimes you just have to give it a try," he said kissing me back.
