It's random, and short, but it might be longer than my other two? Huh. =] Yeah, I had limited time on my dad's comp tonight for hw, and I finished early, and I was looking at my fanfic account and I felt like writing this. I have series to update and all, but it's just so me to not write what I should. =]

Tell me what you think? Luvs! R&R

Kendra walked up to Dale and stared at him in a slightly amused, slightly annoyed, and entirely incredulous way. "Why did you tell him?" she asked.

There were two things Dale could do- feign innocence or just tell the truth. Instead he just stared like a kid caught with his hand in a cookie jar.

Kendra sighed, slightly exasperated. "I'm not mad, but seriously, why did you tell him?"

Dale shrugged. "I let something slip accidentally."

"Like what?"

Dale decided to try to evasively answer. It seemed easiest and like the potentially least harmful option. "I asked him what he remembered, and he said not much except you, and I just let something slip and he got suspicious, so I told him."

"Let something slip like what?"

He shrugged. "Don't remember."

Kendra rolled her eyes. "You really can't keep anything a secret, can you?"

"Well, he asked!" Dale defended.

Kendra grinned. "Did you even try to keep silent?" she teased. "'Cause, you know, you did say you wouldn't tell and all…"

"I…" Dale trailed off before grimacing. "I did try, at least! Give a guy some credit."

Suddenly Warren spoke- neither of them had noticed him walk up. "Hah, all I had to do were pull out puppy eyes and you caved, bro. Face it, you suck with secrets."

Dale grinned sheepishly and Kendra started laughing. "No more secrets for you."

So, yup, what'd ya think? This goes out to Tara Liana Ni Conchuir, who gave me the idea ages ago. =] Thanks!
