AN: Ok, so I just realized I am a horrible friend! I forgot to do birthday stories for four of the most important people in my life! I'm so sorry guys! So this is just a small little story incorporating prompts for each of them. One per month I was late! Sorry guys. I don't know where I'm going with this, so sit back and enjoy the ride!
Disclaimer: If I actually did own the rights to the movie, songs, or TV show… I wouldn't need to be groveling would I?

Prompts: I'd be Afraid of Losing You - Aaron Tippin; For you I Will - Aaron Tippin; Run - Leona Lewis; At the Beginning - Richard Marx and Donna Lewis; and The Notebook

Emily leaned back in her chair and sighed. It was Aaron's birthday and instead of buying him a present that he would never use, she convinced JJ and Rossi to watch Jack so she could take him out for a nice dinner. He seemed to like the idea when she told him about it earlier in the day, but now it was time for her to collect him and head for dinner; and the talk she was preparing.
"Ready to go?" Aaron asked, pulling Emily out of her train of thought. At the beginning of their friendship she never imagined that she would culminate these feelings for her boss. She smiled and stood up, grabbing her purse and go bag from the floor. Now was not the time to be analyzing her feelings.

Dinner was a nice affair. Aaron had picked some place halfway between both of their apartments. She was excited when they pulled into the parking lot of an Indian cuisine place. She loved egg and chicken curry. The atmosphere was quiet and the two talked about everything and anything aside from work.
"I had a nice time tonight" Aaron said breaking Emily out of her train of thought on how to bring up the real reason she wanted to have him to herself. She had to stop herself from trying to run again. She finally took a deep breath and rummaged through her bag and pulled out a notebook. Not just any notebook, it was the notebook.
Aaron took it from her outstretched hand and flipped open to the front page. On the page 'Reasons why I love you, but am afraid to tell you' was written in cursive. He flipped the page and read the first one.
Reason 1: I'd be afraid of losing you.
Aaron smiled as he flipped through the book stopping occasionally to read one that caught his attention. The whole notebook was filled with reasons. He turned to the last page and read the final one at the bottom of the page.
Reason 16,347: For you I will do anything you ask.
Aaron shut the book and set it on the table in front of him. Emily stared at him, waiting eagerly for his response. As he set the book down, her heart sank. He didn't feel the same way.
"I love you too Emily" he whispered. Emily's head shot up and her eyes found his. The love was evident in his eyes. Emily smiled and relaxed slightly. "Thank you, this is the best birthday present ever" he whispered leaning forward and capturing her lips with his in a searing kiss. Their first of many more to come.
